You can find us at R.D Enclave in A.G Colony, specifically in Flat No. 402. Being in a residential area like A.G Colony gives our office a bit of a different feel than being on a main commercial road. It’s a bit quieter, which helps when we need to focus on our infrastructure projects. We’ve been operating out of this flat for a while now. It's not a huge space, but it's enough for our team to sit down and figure out the day’s tasks. We deal with the building side of things—roads, buildings, that sort of stuff. It’s messy work sometimes, and our shoes are usually covered in dust by the end of the day. We aren't the type to sit behind a desk all day anyway. Most of us are out at the sites in Patna making sure things are moving along. We started Tridha because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things the right way. We don't use big words or make grand promises. We just look at the plans and try to follow them. Sometimes there are problems, like when materials don't show up on time, and we just have to figure it out. We’re just a local bunch of workers and planners. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s just how we get things done here.
