We set up TRI SNM CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED over at H. No. 8 on New Bye Pass Road in Anisabad. It is right at Sri Manoj Kumar’s place. If you know the Beur police station area, you know how busy that road gets with all the trucks and people moving toward the bypass. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. Most days it is just us dealing with the usual stuff like getting materials delivered or making sure the guys show up on time for the latest project. Construction is a messy business, honestly. There is always dust everywhere and the phone never stops ringing with someone asking about a wall or a floor. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular building where we keep our files and meet people when we have to. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get anything done, especially on the bypass, but we just wait it out and get back to it the next day. Being in Anisabad is handy because we are right there where the city is growing. We just focus on the jobs we have in front of us and try to keep things moving. There isn't much more to it than that. We handle the paperwork, talk to the local labor, and try to make sure the buildings actually stay up once we are finished with them. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bihar, just one that does its work.
