Time Techno Build has its office in the Anand Tower, which is located on Exhibition Road in Patna. We are in the Kadamkuan area, and the office is care of Smt. Gargi Sinha. It’s a very central spot in the city, so it’s easy for people to find us, even if the traffic on Exhibition Road is usually a total mess. We do various types of building and technical construction work. The office in Anand Tower is where the planning happens. It’s a regular workspace with some old chairs and stacks of files. We aren't interested in looking fancy. We just want to get the work done. Our days are mostly spent talking to suppliers and checking on the progress of our current projects. Bihar is a place where you have to be patient because things don't always go according to plan. Sometimes the materials don't arrive on time or the labor doesn't show up, so we have to scramble. That’s just the reality of the business. We have a small group of dedicated people who have been with us for a while. We don't have any big, fancy slogans. We just try to be practical and keep the projects moving. Most of our work is right here in Patna, so we know the city and its quirks very well. Being at this address for so long has made us feel like a real part of the Kadamkuan community. We just keep our heads down and do the daily grind.
