This part of town is always growing, so there is always some kind of building work happening nearby. Our office is right where the action is. Kharanja Road isn't always the smoothest drive, especially when it rains, but we like being here. We deal with development and building stuff every day. The office is just a plain building where we keep our equipment and meet with the crews. It gets loud sometimes because Danapur is a busy place with people moving around constantly. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some giant international firm. We are just local people who know how to put bricks and mortar together. Most of our staff lives nearby in Patna. We usually have lunch together and talk about whatever project we are stuck on. It takes a lot of effort to get these structures up, and we spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. Sometimes things go slow, sometimes they go fast. We just take it as it comes. If you walk down Kharanja Road, you'll see our spot. It’s a practical place for practical work. No fancy decorations or polished floors here, just a lot of hard work and local knowledge. It’s been our home base for a while now and we know the streets around here well.
