Techno Point is over on S P Verma Road, specifically at 209 on the 1st Floor of Shanti Complex. This part of Patna, with the 800001 pin code, is always bustling. S P Verma Road is famous for all sorts of shops and businesses, so it’s a very busy environment. We are up one flight of stairs. Shanti Complex has been around for a while, and it has that classic commercial building feel. We aren't a big flashy store. It’s more of a workspace where we get things sorted. People come up the stairs looking for us when they have something they need help with. We have a lot of tools and equipment lying around because we are always in the middle of some project. It’s a bit cluttered, to be honest, but we know where everything is. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just fix things or provide the tech help that people are looking for. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the Patna heat. We see a lot of different people every day coming through the complex. It is a lively place to work. We don't have a team of salesmen. You just talk to whoever is behind the counter. We’ve been in this same spot for quite a bit now and have no plans to move. It’s a good, central location for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
