We're Tarachandi Homes Private Limited. You'll find us care of Sri B.P. Singh over at K.V. 6/66 in H. Colony. That's in the Kankarbagh area of Patna. Kankarbagh is a big place, but H. Colony is where we’ve set up our small office. We build homes, or at least we manage the process of getting them built. It’s a private company, mostly just a small group of us. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's got some chairs, a big table for maps, and some files. We like being in Kankarbagh because it’s a residential hub. It makes sense for a home-building company to be near where people actually live. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we get used to it. We don’t have a flashy website or anything like that. We just do the work and hope the buildings speak for themselves. Sri B.P. Singh has been here for quite some time, so we have deep roots in this neighborhood. We are just local folks trying to help people get into new houses. It’s a lot of coordination with different departments. Every day brings a different problem to solve, but we keep at it. It’s just the way it is in the development business here in Bihar. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing our daily tasks.
