Sytrics Services Private Limited is run out of Flat 204 in the Palam Retreat Apartment. This is in the Kumhrarbhagwa area of Kumhrar, Patna. We are at Suraj Kumar’s place, which we’ve turned into our workspace. It’s a typical apartment setup, so it feels very much like a home. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a security desk just for us. You just come up to the second floor and knock. Most of our day is spent at the computers, handling different service tasks that come our way. Being in the 800026 area means we are close to the historical parts of Patna, but our work is all about the modern digital world. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have all the equipment out, but we make it work. We aren't into big marketing slogans. We just sit down, open our laptops, and get through the list of things to do. There is usually someone making tea in the kitchen while someone else is on a call. It’s a relaxed environment, but we take the work seriously. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. We just focus on being helpful and getting the details right for everyone. It’s a small, local operation, and we like the fact that we can work in a place that feels comfortable and real. We don't need fancy desks to get the job done right.
