We've been at Mathiyapur in Danapur for a while now. Swastik Homes Developers And Construction Private Limited is basically run out of this spot where Sri Shiv Dayal Sharma and Raghupatisharma have their roots. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything. It's just a regular place where we get the work done. Most days start early because the sun gets hot pretty fast around here. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to folks who stop by the office. It’s a bit noisy with the Danapur traffic sometimes, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs to find us, they just ask for the Sharma family house area. There’s usually a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks and the tea boy comes around twice a day. We don’t really have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It is just a few of us trying to build things that stay standing. Some days are slow and we just sit around the office talking about the neighborhood changes. Other days, we're out all day and the office stays locked for a bit. It’s a local business, through and through. Nothing more, nothing less. We know the people around here and they know us. That makes the work a bit easier, honestly. Being based in Mathiyapur keeps us close to the ground. We have been here long enough to see the roads change.
