Swansgreen Buildtech Private Limited

We are over at Bhagwan Nagar on Gola Road, specifically at Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh’s place. It’s been a while since Swansgreen Buildtech Private Limited started up here. Honestly, the day starts pretty early with guys coming in and out. Most of the time we are just looking at plans or dealing with material deliveries that show up late. Gola Road gets quite busy, so getting trucks in can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just try to keep things moving along. Sri Rampadarath Singh’s family has been around here for ages, and that’s where our office sits. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything, just a regular spot where we do our paperwork and meet with the crew. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit around talking until it comes back on. We handle different types of building work, mostly local stuff around this part of town. People know where to find us if they need something done. It’s a small team, maybe five or six of us in the office on a good day. We have some old desks and a lot of paper files everywhere. It gets dusty because of the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is. We don’t really have a big fancy sign out front, just the address and our name. It works for us.
