We started Swaksh Niwas Construction Private Limited because we wanted to do some proper building work right here in Patna. Our main spot is over at Radhe Kunj on Ram Nagar Road, specifically in the Postal Park area. It is pretty close to Sheela Sadan, if you know the neighborhood well. Ram Naresh Pd is where we handle most of the paperwork and phone calls. Usually, we are out on various sites around the city most of the day, but that is the base. Being a local Patna business means we understand how things work here, from the weather to how the ground behaves when you try to put a foundation down. We don't have some big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place where we get the planning done.
