So, this is Superculture Buildtech Private Limited. We’re located over in New Sipara, specifically on Bhoot Bunglow Road in Beur, Patna. Nutan Devi is the one in charge of the place. The name "Superculture" might sound a bit modern, but we are actually very down-to-earth. Being in Patna means things move a bit faster than in the villages, but we still try to keep that local feel. Our office is right there in the Matkhan area. We started this because we saw so many buildings going up in Beur that weren't really being handled with care. We wanted to change that by being more hands-on. We don't have a big marketing team or a bunch of polished executives. It’s just us and our crew. We spend a lot of time on Bhoot Bunglow Road, making sure our projects are moving along. Sometimes the traffic in Patna makes it hard to get materials on site, or the labor situation gets tricky, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't perfect, and we don't try to act like we are. We just want to do a decent job for people who are putting their hard-earned money into a home or a shop. We talk to our clients like they are our neighbors because, in many cases, they are. It is a tough business, but seeing a building finally finished makes the long days worth it. That is basically us in a nutshell.
