Our office for STRUCTITECT BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Kankarbagh, which most people in Patna know is a pretty busy spot. Specifically, we are over in Budha Nagar on Road Number 3. It’s at the house of Bhoopnaryan Malik. If you are coming from South Chandmari Road, it is not too hard to find. We are a small team doing construction work. It is mostly about getting the plans right and making sure the labor shows up on time. Kankarbagh is always growing, so there is usually something going on with buildings nearby. We don't have a big corporate reception or anything like that. Usually, there is just a couple of us sitting around with maps or ledgers. The traffic on the main road can be a headache, but once you get into the lanes of Budha Nagar, it is a bit quieter. We focus on local jobs. It’s hard work, especially in the heat, but we stay busy. Sometimes we have to run out to different sites across Patna, but this is where we keep all our files. It is a basic setup, really. We just want to do the work and get home. No fancy slogans here, just bricks and mortar. Being on Road Number 3 keeps us connected to the rest of the city. We have lived and worked around here for years, so we know the local quirks of the land and how to deal with the mud during monsoon.
