Sssdj Constructions Private Limited

Dheeraj Kumar here. My father is Sahja Nand Singh and we run this place out of our house in Bihta. It is not some big glass office or anything like that. We started Sssdj Constructions because there was always work to be done around here. People need walls built, houses fixed up, or some new structure on their land. It gets pretty busy. Sometimes the weather doesn't help us much, but we get out there anyway. Usually, it's just a few of us making sure the materials arrive on time. Getting sand and cement to some of these spots in Painal can be a bit of a headache with the narrow roads. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of the time, I am just talking to people on the phone or meeting them at the site. My dad helps out with the advice since he’s been around Bihta much longer than most. We try to keep things simple. If a job needs doing, we find a way to finish it. The office is really just a room in the house where we keep the papers and the ledgers. It’s a lot of work handling the laborers and making sure everyone knows what they are doing for the day. Bihta is growing fast lately. You see new things going up every month. We are just one small part of that, trying to keep the trucks moving and the bricks stacked right.
