Sri Ramkanchan Construction Privatelimited is run out of house number 30 in Vijay Nagar. If you know the Hanuman Nagar area in Kankarbagh, Patna, you probably know where we are located. The office is actually the house of Priya Ranjan Kumar. It is a busy residential part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our door. We do construction work, mostly local things that come our way through people we know. We don’t have a big corporate office with a receptionist; it’s more of a home-based operation where we sit down and look at plans over tea. Being in Patna 800026 means we are right in the thick of things. Kankarbagh is a big place, and we try to cover as much ground as we can from here. Most of our tools and materials are kept elsewhere, but the paperwork and the planning happen at Vijay Nagar. We have been doing this for a while now, just building things step by step. Sri Ramkanchan Construction Privatelimited isn't some giant firm you see on billboards, just a group of us working out of Priya Ranjan’s place. We find that being close to where we live makes it easier to manage the daily grind. People stop by to talk about building their homes or fixing things up. We just listen and see if we can help out with their needs. It is how we have always done things, and it works for us and the people we build for.
