Sri Anuanand Developers Private Limited is located on Boring Road in Patna, right on the first floor of Kumar Tower. If you know Patna, you know Boring Road is always busy and full of people. We’ve been here for a bit now, working on various development projects around the city. It’s a hectic place to have an office, but it keeps us close to everything. We aren't the type to have a polished sales team in suits. We are more comfortable looking at blueprints or being out on a dusty site. Our work is about finding space in this growing city and putting it to good use. It isn't always easy because space is tight and everyone is in a hurry. We try to keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. We don't use those shiny slogans you see on TV. We just tell people what we are building and when it should be finished. Sometimes there are delays with permits or rain, which is pretty common in Bihar, and we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve built a decent reputation by just being around and being reachable. Since we are in Kumar Tower, people can just drop by and talk to us. We prefer that over long emails or formal letters. We are just a local team trying to make sense of the Patna real estate scene and doing our best to build something solid and honest.
