We run SPAVD Infra Private Limited from our office in Patna. The location is Kurjee Balu Par, right near the Sadakat Ashram. It’s a well-known area in this part of the city. Malti Devi and Premjeet Kumar are the ones behind the setup here. We mostly deal with infrastructure projects and construction work. Being near the Ashram means it’s a bit of a landmark for anyone trying to find us. Our office is a practical space where we manage all the project details. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have maps on the walls and files piled up on the desks. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy with site work. We spend a lot of time coordinating with workers and checking on material deliveries. Sometimes the supplies are late or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just deal with it. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just build things and try to do a decent job. It’s a local operation, and we know the streets of Patna quite well. We’ve been working in this field for some time now. Our day usually starts early and ends whenever the work is finished. We just want to keep things running smoothly and handle the projects that come our way in a sensible manner. It can get quite hectic when we have multiple sites going at once, but that is part of the business we are in.
