Soumyvinayak Construction Privatelimited is based out of the Nala Par area in Ram Krishna Nagar. It is a pretty specific spot near Sampatchak. We are located at Smt. Manorama Sinha’s place, which is over in the NTPC Colony. The neighborhood is usually quite lively, and you will see people moving around the colony all day long. It isn't one of those high-rise office buildings you see in the city center. It’s a grounded place where we actually sit down and get our hands dirty with the planning. Nala Par is a landmark most locals are familiar with. We have our setup there and it works well for us. Being part of the NTPC Colony community means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. We don't really go for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the trick around here. Manorama Sinha’s house is where the mail comes and where we meet up to discuss the day's schedule. It feels more like a home-based operation than a cold office environment. We focus on our local area because that’s where we know the people and the land. If you are walking around Ram Krishna Nagar, you might pass right by us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the construction projects we have going on at any given time. It’s simple and honest work for us. The weather gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay on track with our daily list of things to finish.
