We are located in Lane 7 over in Vijay Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot in Rukanpura, Patna, though the traffic on the main road can be a headache during rush hour. Our office is basically where all the planning happens before we head out to the sites. There isn't much to see here besides desks and some old files. We do construction and engineering stuff, mostly local projects. It’s a small team of us. We grew up around here, so we know how things work in Bihar. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day, and other times we are just stuck here doing paperwork. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Word of mouth usually gets us the work we need. The neighbors in Vijay Nagar know us as the guys who are always busy with blue prints. It’s not a glamorous life, but it pays the bills. We try to keep things simple. If a pipe leaks or a wall needs fixing on a project, we just go and handle it. No need for big meetings or long emails. We just talk and get to work. That’s how we’ve always done it since we opened up the office in Lane 7. It’s a basic setup for basic work. We don't need much else to get through the day.
