You can find Softgenics India at Flat No. 502 in the Buddha Subhash Enclave in Jaganpura. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the neighborhood, which is always busy with people coming and going. The enclave is mostly residential, so our office feels more like a home than a traditional workplace. We have a small team and we all sit in what used to be the living room of the apartment. We do software development and some technical support work. It is a comfortable space where we can focus without too many distractions, though you can often hear the sounds of the city through the balcony door. We have a small kitchen where we make our own food or sometimes we just go down to the local shops in Jaganpura for a quick bite. We don't believe in formal dress codes or anything like that. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for sitting at a desk for eight hours. The building is a bit older, so the elevator can be a little slow sometimes, but it usually gets the job done. We like the fact that we aren't in a sterile office park. Being in a residential building makes the whole workday feel a bit more human and less like a boring grind. We just show up, do our work, and try to make things run as smoothly as possible for the people who use our services.
