Snehasri Shelters And Realcon Private Limited is located in Patna, over in the New Capital area. We are in the Mitra Compound at Raj Mansion on B.C. Road. Being in the middle of Patna means things are always moving fast. We deal with shelters and real estate work. It’s a lot of meetings and looking at different properties across the city. The office is in a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time. We handle the usual things you’d expect from a real estate company, like property management and some construction stuff. We don't try to sound more important than we are. It’s just a business run by people who grew up here. We know the streets and the buildings in this part of Patna very well. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we just handle it piece by piece. We aren't looking to expand into some giant firm. We like being a local name that people can actually talk to without going through a bunch of secretaries. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out visiting sites around the city. It’s a bit tiring sometimes with the traffic and the heat, but it is what we do. We just keep things practical and focus on the tasks at hand. It is a bit of a grind, but it pays the bills for us all.
