If you go down Bhootnath Road in the Bahadurpur Housing Colony, you’ll find us at 4H/74. Sinha Construction & Buildcon has been around this part of Patna for a bit. It’s a crowded area with a lot of houses packed together. Our office is right in the middle of it all. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us keeping track of the different jobs we have going on across the city. The noise on Bhootnath Road is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We spend our days talking to contractors and making sure the trucks don’t get stuck in the narrow lanes. Patna-800026 is our home ground. We know the local suppliers and where to get the best materials for a fair price. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of the time we are covered in cement dust or arguing about the price of gravel. We don't use those corporate phrases about being the best. We just do the work the way it’s supposed to be done. The housing colony is a good place to be because we are close to our clients. Sometimes we sit in the office late at night just trying to get the payroll sorted out for the workers. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving. We just want to get the buildings finished on time.
