Sikpa Green City is located in the Phulwarisharif area of Patna. Our address is care of Durgawati Devi, right by the Chauhaemal Nahar in Khagaul. It is a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes with the Patna traffic, but it is a good spot. The canal area is always active. We focus on city development and land projects around the 800002 area. Our office is not some big corporate headquarters. It’s more of a local place where we can sit down and talk about work over some chai. We have lived in Bihar our whole lives, so we understand how things move here. The growth in Khagaul has been pretty fast lately. We see new structures going up every single week. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we do our best. Durgawati Devi’s place is well known in the neighborhood, so people don’t have much trouble finding us. We keep our team small so we can manage everything ourselves. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that we don't run into too many delays with the local authorities. It’s hard work and the sun can be brutal, but that is just how it is. We are just regular people working in the real estate and development side of the city.
