Shubhi Homes Llp is located in the Stendra Complex on Maurya Path, right in the Khajpura area. You can find us at the office of Smt Anupma Pridarshi. It’s a pretty central location and there is always something happening outside on the street. We’ve been operating from this complex for a while now. The office isn't very large, but it’s got enough room for our files and a place for people to sit when they come to visit. We spend our days mostly on the phone or out at different sites around Khajpura. There is a lot of building going on in this part of town, so we stay pretty busy. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big website with lots of photos. We just talk to people face to face. Anupma makes sure the paperwork is in order while the rest of us are out seeing how the projects are coming along. It gets a bit crowded in the complex sometimes, especially when everyone is moving around at lunch, but it’s a good place to be. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers out there. We just want to build decent homes for people in our community. We handle things in a very straightforward way, no complicated terms or hidden things. Just a local business doing local work and trying to keep our clients happy with the progress we make.
