Shribal Gopal Infracon Private Limited operates out of Kankarbagh in Patna. Our office is tucked away in the SBI Colony, specifically at House Number NC/150. This is the residence of Mrs. Bidhu Bala, and we have set up our work space right there. It is close to the Gayatri Mandir, so we often hear the bells and the sounds from the temple throughout the day. Kankarbagh is a busy part of town, but our little corner is relatively tucked away from the heaviest traffic. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have some wooden tables and chairs, and piles of papers related to our construction projects. Since we are in a residential colony, it feels very local and grounded. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside. Most people find us by looking for the temple or asking the neighbors. We have a few people who handle the accounting and the project coordination from here. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always running. We spend our mornings talking to suppliers and our afternoons checking on how the work is progressing at various sites. It’s a family-style environment where we all know what the other person is doing. We don’t follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is handled properly before we head home.
