It’s an apartment-style office, so it feels more like a home than a place of business. Patliputra is a busy part of the city, and being in an enclave means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential activity. We focus on construction and development in the city. The office is usually filled with the sound of the city traffic outside and the hum of a few fans inside. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints on the dining table and taking calls from contractors. Since we are in an apartment building, we have to be mindful of the neighbors when we are moving equipment or having meetings. It’s a bit of a tight space, but it works for what we need. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. People who need us usually already have our number or have been told where to find us. Patna is a fast-moving place for construction right now, so we are always trying to keep up with the new rules and the way the city is changing. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more time spent on-site making sure everything is going according to the plan we made.
