Shreya Computers

Shreya Computers is located in Jai Prakash Nagar near Digha Ghat. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. Most of our work involves fixing computers and laptops that have decided to stop working. It’s a small shop filled with monitors, old keyboards, and various wires hanging around. We spend most of the day hunched over a desk with a screwdriver in hand. People from around Jai Prakash Nagar bring in their PCs when they get slow or won’t turn on. We also help out with some software stuff and basic printing needs if someone comes in asking. It’s not the cleanest place because there’s always some machine being pulled apart. Digha Ghat is a busy area, so there’s always noise coming from outside. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for a quick fix. Sometimes we have used parts for sale if someone is looking for a cheap replacement. It’s just a couple of us working here. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a local workbench where we try to solve whatever computer problem comes through the door. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for the sound of cooling fans and the occasional frustrated customer whose hard drive crashed. We just do our bit to keep the neighborhood’s tech running. It’s been our routine for years and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this place. That's about it for our shop.
