Shivanvi Constech Private Limited is located at number 15 in Kidwaipuri. This is in the New Capital area of Patna. Sujeet Kumar Verma is the one running things here. He took over the responsibilities after his father, the late Shideswar Prasad Verma, was no longer around. We are a small construction and technology company. Our office is just a regular house that we have converted into a workspace. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. It’s full of files, samples, and a few computers. We do most of our work in the field, so the office is often empty during the day while we are out at various sites. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us drinking tea and looking over a set of drawings. We don't use any big words to describe ourselves. We just do the work that comes our way. The people in Kidwaipuri know us well because we have been here for a long time. We rely on our reputation in the local community rather than big ad campaigns. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We just want to do a decent job and keep the company going for the next generation. We don't have any big corporate plans. We just take it day by day and try to finish our projects on time.
