Shivam Convent

We are located right here on New Bypass Road in the Kankarbagh area of Patna. It's a busy spot but we’ve been here a while now. Most days start pretty early with the kids arriving and the sun coming up over the buildings nearby. The school is basically a mix of different classrooms where teachers and students spend their day going through the usual subjects. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud because of the bypass, but everyone is used to it by now. We have some benches out front and the hallways are usually full of bags and water bottles during the breaks. It’s a simple setup really. There isn't anything fancy about how we do things here, just regular lessons and keeping the place running. The staff usually gets together in the small office to talk about the schedule or who needs to catch up on their work. Parents come by often to ask about marks or just to drop off a forgotten lunch box. We see a lot of the same faces every year as the kids grow up and move through the grades. It feels like a small community inside this part of Patna. We try to keep the rooms tidy, though with so many students, there’s always a bit of a mess by the afternoon. It's just a normal place where people come to learn and get through the school year together without too much fuss.
