Shemrock Kids

This Shemrock Kids is located on Akashwani Road, near the Khajpura and Bailey Road area. If you live in Patna, you already know how crowded and busy Bailey Road is most of the time. We are tucked away a little bit in the Sheikhpura side. Since it’s a preschool, everything here is built for toddlers. We have the usual things you would expect, like some swings, a small slide, and classrooms with tiny tables and chairs. The morning always starts with kids being dropped off by their parents or coming in on a rickshaw. It gets loud very quickly once they start playing. We spend the day teaching them some basic things, singing songs, and making sure nobody bumps their head. Patna is a very crowded city, but inside our gates, we try to keep things somewhat orderly. The building is not fancy at all, just a regular house that was adapted to be a school for small children. We have been at this location for a good amount of time. People around Khajpura know us as the local spot for kids. We don't have any big mission statements or grand goals to talk about. We just show up every day, open the gates, and take care of the children who come in. It is honest, simple work. Sometimes we run out of art supplies or a fan needs fixing, and we just handle it as it comes without too much fuss.
