Shivala Developers Private Limited is located over in R K Puram, in the Danapur area of Patna. Our office is associated with Smt. Biva Rani and Amitabh Kumar Arun, and we work right out of this neighborhood. We are mainly focused on developing land and building projects around Danapur and the wider Patna region. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something new being built. We aren't a huge firm with a lot of layers. It’s a pretty direct operation where we manage our sites and talk to our workers every day. A lot of our time is spent dealing with local regulations and making sure our materials are delivered on time. It can be a bit chaotic at times, but that is the nature of development work. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or polished brochures. Most people find us because they see our signs on a construction site or they know someone who worked with us before. We like being based in R K Puram because it’s a good community and we are close to our projects. Some days are spent looking at maps and plans, and others are spent on-site in the sun. It’s a bit of a mix. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure they are solid. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep our interactions honest and simple for everyone we deal with.
