SHIV MAYAN CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our business, Shiv Mayan Construction, is located in Ganjtola-Ganj village. It’s part of the Potthhi panchayat in the Punpun block. We operate out of Dev Prasad Singh’s place. It’s a rural setting, which defines a lot of how we work. We aren't city folks with suits and ties. We are builders who work in the local villages and nearby areas. Most of what we do involves basic construction and infrastructure that people need in their daily lives. The Punpun block has its own pace, and we fit right into it. We don't have a polished website or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from neighbors and people who have seen our previous projects. We use local labor and try to keep things simple. Dealing with construction in a village means you have to be ready for anything. Sometimes the roads are bad or the electricity is out, but the work doesn't stop. We spend our time managing the site workers and making sure the materials are used properly. It's a lot of hands-on management. We don't use fancy talk. If someone wants to build a small structure or fix up a local road, we are the ones they call. It’s a practical life, and we are happy with it. We just want to be known as the people who get things built in Ganjtola. That is the long and short of it.
