Our office for SHITAL BUILDTECH MOTIHARI LLP is located at 404 in the Faizal Imam Complex. We are right in the heart of Patna, near the Central Mall at Dakbanglow. It is a very noisy and crowded part of the city, which is great for business but a nightmare for parking. If you have ever been to Dakbanglow, you know that the traffic never really stops and there is always something going on downstairs. We chose this spot because it is central and everyone knows where the mall is. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the paperwork side of building and technical designs right here in the office. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We often have people coming in and out to discuss blueprints or just to grab a cup of tea and talk about the next step on a project. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at the other buildings around us. It is a different world from the actual construction sites, which are usually much dustier and louder. We try to keep things organized here so that when we are out on the field, everything goes a bit smoother. It’s just a regular office run by people who know the Patna streets and the local building rules fairly well. We just do our best to stay on schedule.
