Shibam Realvision Private Limited is located in South Mandiri, right in the heart of Patna. We are set up at Shiv Kumar’s place, who is the son of Sri Pramanand Rai. Mandiri is one of those old parts of town where the lanes are narrow and everyone knows each other’s business. We have been working here, looking at land and houses, for quite a while. It is a fast-paced environment because the city is growing so quickly. We spend a lot of time walking through different neighborhoods and checking out sites. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of dust and noise. We aren't sitting in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of our work happens out in the open or at a small desk piled high with documents. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes through our door. Buying land or a flat is a big deal for people, so we try to keep it simple. We don't use those shiny brochures you see in big malls. We just show the property as it is. Some days the paperwork feels like it will never end, but that is part of the game. We are just local guys who understand how Patna works. We take things one day at a time and try to stay busy without making things too complicated. It is just the way we like to do things here.
