Sherya Buildcon Llp is run out of a place in Vir Vasawan Nagar, over in Rupaspur. Specifically, it’s at number 130, care of Sohan Kumar. This is where we sit down to figure out the costs and the timelines for our building projects. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s quiet enough to get some thinking done. We are an LLP, which means there are a few of us involved in keeping things moving. We do construction, mostly residential stuff but we aren’t too picky if the work is decent. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordinating with different crews. You spend your morning looking at a site and your afternoon trying to find a supplier who actually has what they promised they’d have. It can be frustrating, but that’s just construction for you. We don’t have a flashy sign outside or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know Sohan. We try to keep our overhead low so we can just focus on the actual building part. The Rupaspur area is growing fast, so there is always something that needs to be put up or repaired. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on schedule as best as we can. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. There’s always another job waiting once the current one is finished, and we just keep moving from one to the next without much fuss.
