Sherarise Buildcon is over in Kankar Bagh, specifically in the Bahadurpur area of Patna. Sri Kedar Singh is the one we have the office with, located in Priyadrshi Nagar. Patna is a busy place and there is always some kind of construction going on, so we stay pretty active. We aren't one of those big glossy companies you see on TV. We are more about the actual work on the ground. Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough sand and cement for the next day. It’s a lot of running around, to be honest. Being in a place like Priyadrshi Nagar means we are right in the middle of everything. Sometimes the traffic in Patna makes getting to sites a bit of a headache, but we’ve lived here long enough to know the shortcuts. Our setup is just a regular office where we handle the legal stuff for the private limited company and meet with folks about their building plans. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what can be done and how long it’ll probably take. It’s a tough business with a lot of competition, but we just focus on the job right in front of us. That’s how we’ve always done it.
