We are set up in Kankarbagh, specifically in the M. Nagar area near K Bagh. The office is at Ganesh Pandey’s place, so it feels more like a home than a sterile business office. Patna is a busy place to be a builder, and Kankarbagh is one of the busiest parts of it. We spend our days looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. There’s always noise outside from the traffic, but inside we just try to get the numbers right for our development projects. We aren't into flashy marketing or big promises. We just want to build houses and buildings that people can actually use. It’s a lot of back and forth with the city authorities and making sure we have enough labor for the day. Our team is small, and we prefer it that way because it makes communication easier. We don’t have a receptionist or a coffee machine in the lobby. Usually, someone just puts a kettle on if we have a long meeting. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a while and understand the local ground conditions. Building in Patna has its own set of problems, like narrow lanes and heavy monsoon rains, but we’ve learned how to deal with those over time. It’s just us, Shanvi Builders, doing what we can to improve the local landscape one brick at a time. We don't mind the hard work it takes to get things finished.
