We are located over in Phulwari, Patna, specifically in the Shivpuri area. Our office is actually inside a flat, number 102 on Road Number 1A. It is a quiet residential street for the most part, which is nice because it keeps the noise down when we are trying to manage our contracts. Being in Patna means we are right in the middle of everything, so we are often running around to different parts of the city. We handle various types of contract work, mostly related to construction and local repairs. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints, site boots, and stacks of files from different jobs we’ve finished or are currently working on. Rajesh Kumar is usually around handling the main bits of the business. We aren’t really the type of company that has a big shiny lobby or a lot of staff in suits. Usually, it’s just a couple of us sitting around a table figuring out schedules or checking costs for the next project. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby, so it feels like a real part of the community here. The work can be tiring, especially when the weather is hot, but we’ve been doing this for a while and we know the routine. We just try to be practical and get the jobs done without making things more complicated than they need to be.
