S.D. Public Academy With Hostel

S.D. Public Academy With Hostel is located in East Buddha Colony on Thana Road. This is right in the Sri Krishna Nagar part of Patna. We have both the school and a hostel here, so some of our students live with us throughout the term. The building is a bit large because of the hostel rooms, but it is a very simple design. Patna is a crowded city, and our spot on Thana Road is no exception. There is always noise from the street, but we have a gate and a small courtyard that keeps us a bit separated from the outside world. The hostel rooms are basic, with beds and cupboards for the students' things. We have a common dining area where everyone eats their meals together. It’s a very lived-in place, not like a sterile hotel or a modern office. You can see the wear and tear on the walls and the furniture, which just shows how much use the building gets. We have a small staff who looks after the cooking and the cleaning. It’s a busy life here, especially in the mornings when everyone is getting ready for class. We don't go in for big marketing or fancy brochures. People mostly find out about us by walking past or hearing from neighbors in the colony. It’s just a straightforward school and hostel in Patna.
