Savitri Surendra Construction Private Limited is located at Vamika Enclave in Khajpura. Our office is specifically at D 402, and we are there with Resham Singh. It’s an apartment setup, so it’s not your typical industrial office, but it works for us. Murlichak is a busy part of the area, and we do a lot of our business right from that desk. We focus on construction projects around this part of town. We don't have a bunch of salespeople or a fancy front desk. It’s just us handling the plans and the phone calls. Resham helps keep the paperwork from getting too messy. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and then coming back to Vamika Enclave to figure out the next steps. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't looking to be on billboards; we just want to finish the work we started. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or other people we've worked for. We try to be straightforward about what we can do. Some days are pretty quiet and other days the phone won't stop ringing. That’s just the way it goes in this business. We like being in Khajpura and being a part of the local building scene. It’s practical, everyday work for a small team like ours. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
