Sarbani Infrastructure (Opc) Private Limited is located in M M Colony, over in the Phulwari area of Patna. We are set up at Shiv Nandan Pandit’s place, not too far from Khagaul. It’s a pretty decent residential neighborhood, so it doesn’t really feel like we are at a big corporate office. We are an OPC, which basically means it is a one-person company, but we still have a few hands helping out. The office is just a room in the house where we keep all the files and handle the phone calls. Infrastructure is a big word, but for us, it just means working on local projects and making sure things are done right. Patna is a very busy city, and Phulwari is no exception, so there is always noise from the street. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy showroom. We just do our work and hope people like it enough to tell their friends. Most days are spent looking at plans or heading out to check on progress at different sites. It can be a bit stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to get things done right for the folks around here. That is pretty much the story of Sarbani Infrastructure in a nutshell. We just keep working away in M M Colony and seeing where it takes us.
