We have been operating out of Flat 301 in the Badal Apartment on Ram Krishna Path for a while now. It’s a pretty central spot in North S K Puri, which makes it easier for us to manage our building projects around this part of Patna. It isn’t a fancy corporate office with a big lobby or a receptionist, just a regular space where my team and I get things sorted. We spend most of our mornings out on the construction sites, and then we come back here in the afternoon to deal with all the paperwork and phone calls. We started Sarai Buildworth Llp because we knew the local building trade and wanted to do something for ourselves. It’s a small group of us, and we handle everything from checking the materials to talking with the laborers directly. We don't really go in for big marketing campaigns or flashy brochures. Most of the people who come to us have heard about our work from someone else in the neighborhood. It can get a bit loud and messy sometimes with all the plans and samples lying around, but that’s just the nature of the business. We try to keep our communication simple and honest. If there’s a delay with the cement or the weather stops work, we just tell the clients how it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city, just a reliable one that people can find when they need something built. We like it this way.
