Sanjayam Infrastructure LLP is located on the second floor of the Radhe Shree Apartment. If you know Kankarbagh Main Road, you know how hectic it can be. We are in shop number 212, which is right in the middle of the action near Lohia Nagar and Sampatchak. The apartment building is always busy with people coming and going from the various offices. Our space is functional, with a few computers for the drafting work and a large table for spreading out the site maps. Being in the 800020 area of Patna means we are close to everything, which is good for meetings but bad for finding a quiet moment. The main road outside is a constant stream of horns and rickshaws. We’ve been here for a bit, and the office has that lived-in feel, with tea stains on the coasters and piles of catalogs that need filing. We work on various infrastructure projects around the city. It’s a lot of coordination with different departments and making sure the site supervisors are following the drawings. We don’t have a corporate handbook or a dress code. Usually, we just wear whatever is comfortable for visiting a dusty construction site. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We focus on the engineering side of things and try to keep the overhead low so we can keep working in this competitive market. It’s just us, some coffee, and a lot of work to get through each day.
