Sanjay Kumar Sharma Engicon Private Limited is a company we started to handle engineering and construction jobs here in Nawadih. Our office is on Plot No.993, which is right in the Nayabazar area. Sanjay Kumar Sharma is the person behind the name, and he is usually the one you will see at the site or at the office on Khata No.42. We don’t have a big corporate vibe. We are just local people who know how to build and design stuff. Engineering can be complicated, but we try to explain it in plain English to our clients. Most of our work is right here in the local area. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. Our tools are used every day and our office is filled with papers and blueprints. It's a bit messy sometimes, but that’s because we are actually working. We don't spend money on ads or radio spots. People find us because they see our name on the gate of a project we are finishing. We try to be fair with everyone and just get the work done right. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a drawing or a permit application, but that is part of the job. Being in Nawadih, we are part of the community here and we plan to stay for a long time.
