SANDTOP CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our base for Sandtop Construction (OPC) Private Limited is over in Tola-Saidabad, which is part of the Saidabad Kanpa area in Paliganj. It’s a bit of a drive from the main part of Patna, out in the 801104 area. We operate out of R. Yadav’s place. It’s a very rural setting, and the pace of life reflects that. We don’t have a lot of the fancy equipment that the big city firms use, but we make do with what we have. Most of our work is right here in the panchayat or the neighboring villages. The office is just a simple room with a couple of benches and a table that wobbles if you lean on it too hard. We spend a lot of our time out on the sites, checking on the sand and the bricks. The name Sandtop fits because we deal with a lot of the local materials from the riverbeds nearby. It’s a one-person company mostly, so things can get a bit overwhelming when there are several projects going at once. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to answer the phones, so if we’re on a roof, the call might go to voicemail. It is a humble operation, run by local people who understand how things work in Paliganj. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation; we just like building things that stay standing for a long time. It’s about being present and getting the job done without any unnecessary fuss.
