Samman City Private Limited is located at Gita Sadan on Road Number 25 in Rajiv Nagar. This part of Patna, near Keshari Nagar and Patliputra, has seen so much change over the last few years. It used to be a lot quieter, but now there are buildings going up everywhere you look. We are right in the middle of all that activity. Our office at Gita Sadan is where we handle all the paperwork for our development projects. We focus a lot on the residential side of things, trying to find good spots for people to live in Patna-800024. The traffic on Road Number 25 can be a bit much during office hours, but it’s a convenient location for us. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It is a small group of us who handle everything from looking at the land to dealing with the local authorities.
