Sam Ganga Developer Private Limited is set up over on M.G. Setu Road in Patna. We are right near the Rainbow Hospital in the Kumhrar area. The office is actually in Suresh Kumar’s house. It is a busy part of the city because of the bridge and the hospital, so there is always something going on outside our door. We do a lot of our planning right here at the table. Construction is a messy business, but we try to keep things organized on our end. Most of our projects are scattered around the Kumhrar and Patna-800026 area. We don't have a big fancy office building, just this local spot where we can meet and talk. The traffic on M.G. Setu Road can be a real headache sometimes, especially in the evenings, but it means we are in a good central location. We’ve been working in this field for a while, just taking on jobs as they come through. Our staff consists of people who live nearby, so everyone has a stake in doing things right. We don't use big words or make promises we can't keep. It’s just about getting the structures built and making sure the sites are running. People stop by quite often because the hospital is such a big landmark. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and we prefer it that way. No corporate talk, just real work every day with local people.
