We are located in Bhawani Mansion, which is in Lane No. 8 of S K Puram, just off Bailey Road in Danapur. Bailey Road is one of the main veins of Patna, so we are close to the action but tucked away in a quieter lane. Sagacity Buildcon is the name we use for our construction business. The office in Bhawani Mansion is where we do all our planning and meet with our vendors. It is a regular building, nothing too flashy. We spend our days coordinating with different sites across Danapur and the rest of Patna. Building houses and commercial spaces is what we do. It involves a lot of phone calls and sitting in traffic to get from one place to another. We aren't a huge corporation, just a private limited company trying to make a living by building quality structures. We have our fair share of challenges, like when the monsoon season hits and everything slows down. But we just keep at it. Our office is usually filled with the smell of tea and the sound of someone arguing over the price of steel or cement. That’s just the reality of the buildcon business. We like being in S K Puram because it’s a growing neighborhood and there is a lot of potential for new buildings around here.
