Safebuild Constructions Private Limited is run out of Flat 404 in the Malti Vihar Apartment complex. We are located in the Khajpura area of Patna. Using an apartment as an office makes things feel a bit more personal. It’s not like those cold office buildings downtown. We have a kitchen where we make our own lunch and a balcony where we can see the street below. We handle various construction jobs, mostly residential stuff since that’s what we know best. Being in Khajpura is good because we are right in the middle of a growing part of the city. There’s always someone building something new around here. We try to stay busy without taking on more than we can handle. It’s just a small group of us. We talk things over and figure out the best way to move forward with each project. It’s not always a smooth process because construction has a lot of moving parts. Materials arrive late or the weather turns bad, but we just keep pushing through the trouble. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work as it comes to us. It’s a steady way to live. People in the building know us, and we try not to make too much noise when we are coming and going. It’s a decent way to run a business in Bihar.
