S2F Consultancy And Construction Private Limited is located at Plot No 2606 in Nepali Nagar. This is right near Ashiyana Nagar in the Phulwari area of Patna. We do a mix of things here, hence the name. Sometimes we are giving advice on how to build and other times we are the ones actually doing the building. Nepali Nagar is a growing area so there is always a lot of dust and new houses going up around us. We are right in the middle of that growth. Our office isn't anything special, just a place to meet and plan. We spend most of our time out at the sites in Phulwari or nearby colonies. The work is steady and it keeps our small crew busy all week long. We don't go in for big marketing or anything like that. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or heard about us from a friend. We try to be practical about costs and timing, although in Patna, timing is always a bit of a guess with the traffic and all. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure each house or office we work on is built properly. It is a living and we enjoy seeing the neighborhood change as the months go by. We are just local builders trying to do things the right way.
