Our main base is located in the Malti Complex in Ashiana Nagar, right here in Patna. It is a pretty busy building, and we are situated in the section belonging to Sri Ram Padarth Singh. Dealing with both construction and communication means we are always on the move or on the phone. RPS Construction Communication is not a place for fancy suits or corporate meetings. If you come by Khajpura to see us, you will probably find a few of us drinking tea and going over site plans. The traffic in Patna can be a real mess, so it often takes us a while to get from the office to the actual project sites. We have a small, dedicated team that knows the city inside out. It is a very practical business where we focus on getting the materials delivered and keeping the lines of communication open. We don't really have a marketing department, so we just rely on doing our work and letting people see it for themselves. Most of our day is spent outdoors, where the actual buildings are going up. The Malti Complex is where we keep our files, but our hearts are out on the field. We have been working in Bihar for several years now and we understand the local challenges. It is not always a smooth process, but we find a way to make it work eventually for the people who hire us.
